A SYDNEY man who falsely claimed more than $300,00 in social security benifits, using aliases created to evade disgraced doctor Geoffrey Edelsten and hitman Christopher Flannery, was yesterday jailed for 3 1/2 years.

Raymond Keith Roach, 50, of inner-ciy surry Hills, admitted using 26 fake identities over a  period of seven years from 1990 to claimm $333,813 in unemployment benifits.
